Tire Station

Simply the best designed tire rack on the market! This is a weld together kit specifically designed to work with tire sizes up to 225/50/15 including the wheel size for SpecMiata. Unique (patent pending) slot and tab design allows the user to put the kit together in minutes by inserting the male tabs into the female slots and rotating to lock in place. Once locked into place the tire rack is free standing and ready for welding. 

Only minimum welding is required and the entire rack can be pulled from the packaging, assembled and welded in under an hour. Since the tubes index and lock into place, there is no need for welding triangles and extensive measuring to ensure its square. Once the pieces lock into place they index in such a way that squares the rack for you.  Every rack has laser cut slots in the outer vertical uprights, so that you can add shelves to the ends for your fuel jugs, tool boxes or any other things you may need.

Designed for the 225/50/15 tire with a little extra room for tires that are low on pressure in order to easily get them in and out. There are several more sizes available including a Universal version that fits up to 245/18's and all of the racks are available as bolt together versions.

The Tire Station is modular in design, so you can customize it to fit your specific needs.  The standard Tire Station comes complete with feet, clevis pins and cotter pins.  The feet are laser cut with holes to bolt any standard 2 3/8" x 3 5/8" caster which are readily available anywhere in the US.

The Tire Station is available as a bolt together unit for those that do not weld or want to have the ability to dis-assemble the rack.
