Trackside Support. What is it, and why might I want it?
Trackside support typically consists of a race mechanic that has SpecMiata expertise that can perform all the necessary maintenance and repairs needed for a successful, stress free race weekend.
Not 100% sure how to change those brake pads? Going into turn one, on lap one is not the time to find out it was not done right. Let us do it for you.
Arrive and Drive. With trackside service, you don’t need to be at the track all day long. The car will be prepped, teched and ready to drive, so that you can show up with your helmet and drivers gear much closer to your on track time.
Some of the services included in trackside service are listed below:
- Clean windshield / car before on track sessions.
- Rotate tires
- Assist with driver entry and exit of the vehicle.
- Air Pressures
- Suspension Settings/Changes
- Fuel / Unfuel the car.
- Lap Times for all sessions.
- Data downloads.
Other Options:
- Pre Race comprehensive corner weight and set up, to include ride height, caster, camber, and toe.
- Delivery of race car to the track. If you rent our cars, they will be delivered for you, however if you are using your own car and would like it brought out to the track and back we can arrange for this service as well.
- Race Car Storage. We have a large climate controlled secured warehouse that we can store your race car for you.
- Data Engineer. We have access to 2 professional data engineers that can help you decipher your data and help reduce lap times and diagnose handling issues.
- Transportation of your race car or ours to various race tracks on the west coast. Some examples are Phoenix in January, Thunderhill in March, Seattle or Salt Lake in May, and the Runoffs in October.
